This diagram demonstrates how the chisel plow plows the field, first in one direction, then in the other.

| Chisel Plow:
The chisel plow is our primary tillage tool used in our process. This tool penetrates the ground up to 16" deep. It has long tines that dig deep and bring the rock and debris to the surface. This activity helps in loosening the soil for your seed (roots) to penetrate deep into the ground for moisture when water late in the year is not available. This will definitely help establish your grass to stay for many years to come. |
